80-minute initial consultation: $385
40-minute appointment: $220
Payment Methods
Payment is due at time of service. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) card and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for payment.
Insurance
The doctor-patient relationship takes time, and it is the most important aspect of my practice at Synchrony Osteopathic Medicine. That is why I operate on a fee-for-service basis. I am not paneled with any commercial insurance companies; however, Synchrony Osteopathy is an “out-of-network provider,” which means patients can submit receipts for reimbursement by utilizing any out-of-network insurance benefits.

Synchrony provides a comprehensive receipt, called a “super bill,” to submit directly to insurance companies after each appointment

Cancellations & Late Arrivals
If you need to postpone your appointment, you are required to give at least one business day (24 hours) advance notice. The full fee will be charged for all appointments that are canceled without at least 24 hours’ notice, as well as any missed appointments.
Synchrony Osteopathy understands you might arrive late. Out of respect to other patients, please know that we will have to end as scheduled, regardless of your arrival time.
